Stéphane SPEDENER RE, CA (SA), CISA

Mr. Spedener is a member of the small and medium practices commission of the Luxembourg Institute of Auditors. He originally qualified as a South African Chartered Accountant and Auditor in 1984. He returned to Luxembourg in 1991 and became a registered Luxembourg Auditor in 1994. He is also an Expert-Comptable and is registered with the Ordre des Experts-Comptables in Luxembourg.

He qualified as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) in 1998 and has been in charge of the information systems audit department in two of the Big Four firms in Luxembourg.

Before founding the firm he worked in both local and international Big Four auditing firms, commerce and industry for 20 years. He is Managing Partner of the Firm.
