We are active in two distinct areas:

Acting as liquidators for limited companies, where we are responsible for the collection and realisation of assets and the identification and settlement of all debts and liabilities. And finaly the payment of the remaining liquidation dividend to the shareholders. We also ensure the preparation of liquidation accounts and coordination with the Notary. We also organise the required liquidation shareholders meetings.

We can also act as Auditor or Commissaire to the liquidation. In these case another (independent) party will act as the liquidator.
